The North Shore Getaway is a family friendly home in Fawnskin with hiking trails nearby! The cabin has a wood-burning fireplace and a game room featuring air hockey, foosball, and poker table, making this home perfect for a family getaway. Relax away from the hustle and bustle on the north shore of Big Bear Lake

Snow Summit Ski Resort is only about six miles from this home and offers many summer and winter activities as well as dining and shopping. Big Bear Lake is just seven miles away and has boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants. For a little evening entertainment, visit The Cave, a concert and comedy venue in the heart of Big Bear. Also nearby, there are several trails including Castle Rock, Pine Knot, and Cougar Crest for your hiking excursions. You can also take an afternoon biking trip on the Alpine Pedal Path that wanders along the north shore of Big Bear Lake. And while you're out, be sure to watch for visiting Eagles that like to spend winter in this area. Fawnskin is a quaint small town on the north shore of Big Bear Lake. You can relax and hike many trails in the are or go kayaking. Or if you prefer you can drive around the lake to Big Bear Village and go skiing or bowling. The North Shore Retreat is the perfect cabin for a quite family getaway in the Big Bear area. Please note: may possibly sleep 8 in beds. (8 people MAX)

> There is no trash pick up at the cabin, ALL trash will need to be bagged up and brought down the mountain with you when you leave. Trashbags left behind will result in a $50 fee. Please plan accordingly
> 4x4 vehicle (or tire chains) is required in winter
> Guest booking must be present for the entire trip and present ID upon check in at our office in Big Bear Lake before heading to the cabin.
> Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, no exceptions
> Minimum age to book is 25. No one under 18 is allowed in the cabin unless accompanied with their immediate parent.
> Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Guests have access to the entire cabin except the garage and the supply closet

Our 24/7 property manager is available for emergencies, but we like to give our guests privacy so you can hang out at the cabin without an interrupted vacation.

Make sure to bring snow chains during winter months.

> Trash left behind for the cleaning crew will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
