Enjoy chilly evenings under vaulted ceilings and light the fireplace for cozy movie nights. This cabin-inspired retreat combines modern, rustic decor with 2 large decks and a hot tub for relaxation with mountain and lake views.

Large open concept upstairs living area. Large decks on both levels with meadow and mountain views from decks, living area and both downstairs bedrooms. Gas barbecue on deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the views.

Entire home was recently remodeled. Wood floors throughout. Flat screen TV's in living area, game/kids room and master. All TV's have DirecTV with HBO, Netflix, Hulu and the NFL sunday ticket package. Master and Game/kids room TV's are smart TV's and the living area has a Fire TV stick.

Stainless steel appliances with fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Large island with bar seating. Binoculars and yoga mats provided to take advantage of the large decks with views.

Bedrooms:

Master has pillow top king size mattress, lake views and gas fireplace. Master bath has dual vanities and dual shower heads including a rain shower head.

Upstairs bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress with cozy rustic decor.

Downstairs bedroom has a full pillow top mattress and also includes a ski/snowboard rack, coat rack and boot/glove drying rack.

Kids/Game Room includes a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top with a twin trundle bed.

Large front yard with good sledding area on the side of the house when there is snow. Hot tub located in back yard with meadow views from hot tub!

Circular driveway can fit 5 cars. When there is snow on the ground there is a concrete pad with 3 easily accessible parking spaces.

Boulder Bay is a serene, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and easy access to all that Big Bear has to offer. It's a short walk to Pleasure Point Marina, while ski resorts, the village, restaurants, and hiking trails are nearby.

It was always a dream of ours to own a home in Big Bear Lake. We met in Big Bear and have spent every winter up there since. We put a great deal of heart into making the lodge our home away from home. This is not just a rental property but a place that our family builds many memories of our own. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
