The Bear's Den is a cozy and warm cabin, centrally located near the Village and ski slopes in Big Bear Lake. This unique and woodsy cabin has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people and 1 1/2 bathrooms, fast WIFI, and pet friendly. This special place is close to everything in Big Bear Lake, making it easy to plan your visit. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace or hang outside on the deck stargazing next to the gas firepit with friends.

The Bear's Den is a simple and stylish wood cabin in the heart of Big Bear Lake -less than 5 minute drive to the Village and you can walk to lake from the cabin. Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 3 bedroom house is cozy and includes a small kitchen for cooking, dining area, living room with gas fireplace (all you need is a match or lighter), 2 smart TV to stream on demand content, and two bathrooms.

Kitchen includes; dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, all of your basic cooking utensils, pots/pans/baking dishes, coffee pot, toaster, blender, kids bowls/cups/utensils, and an assortment of spices and cooking oil.

Living Room includes a dining area for 4 people, gas fireplace, hang area, Smart TV and seating.

Downstairs Bedroom includes a queen size bed with ceiling fan, portable space heater, and attached bathroom with shower.

Upstairs Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed with a cubby hole closet (perfect size for kids) that has two bean bag chairs, portable crib, portable high chair, and board games.

Upstairs bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, desk and chair, Smart TV, luggage rack, and attached bathroom with toilet and sink (no shower)

Outside backyard has ample deck space with a dining table set and a gas firepit with several chairs.

*the front driveway is small and can fit 1 car. Be aware that the last 15 feet of the road to get to the house is very steep. During winter months, you will need chains or 4WD because the residential road is steep for about 15 feet. We have the road snowplowed during winter months.

You will have access to the entire home

The house sits in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet and peaceful. You are also a short walk to the lake from the cabin.

The front driveway is small and can fit 1 car. Be aware that the last 15 feet of the road to get to the house is very steep. During winter months, you will need chains or 4WD because the residential road is steep for about 15 feet. We have the road snowplowed during winter months.

The house does not have AC, but has a large wall heater during colder months (we also supply two additional space heaters in the home that are temperature controlled if needed for any of the bedrooms)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
