The Swiss Chalet is steps from Snow Summit Ski Resort. This ski in/ski out condo is centrally located and just steps from the ski resort and minutes away from the Village and Big Bear Lake. This spacious and stylish condo has 3 bedrooms, living room with wood burning fireplace, full size kitchen and a great space to gather with friends and family after hitting the slopes or hanging at the lake. This condo sits in the heart of Big Bear and is known for the great location.

The Swiss Chalet is a ski in/ski out condo on the second level that is modern and recently renovated. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, parking for 2 cars (strictly enforced) and an updated kitchen.

Kitchen includes; stainless steel appliances, a microwave, fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, Keurig machine, water kettle, toaster, and all of the basic cooking utensils, pots, and pans.

Bedroom 1: Quee bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 twin over twin bunkbeds

Living Room includes; dining table for 8, a kids table, and hang space with a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood).

Patio deck includes; gas grill (bring your own propane) and table/chairs

This home is part of a condo, so you walk up a set of stairs to access the home. We have two uncovered parking spots -- strictly enforced with a $1,000 fine by the city if additional cars are present or code enforcement is called.

You will have access to the entire condo.

I am not available in person but we have someone local if needed

This condo sits in a community of other apartments -- most of them short term rentals. You can walk from the condo to the base of Summit Ski Resort and just a couple minute drive to the Village and the rest of Big Bear Lake.

2 cars max.

The house does not have Air Conditioning.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
