Fox farm retreat is a classic Gambrel style cabin located in upper Moonridge and equal distance to both Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Snow summit. Also very close to the newly improved Big Bear Alpine Zoo.

This Big Bear cabin has been upgraded in all the right places. Crisp white walls, new carpeting, flooring and new beds and furniture to make you comfortable for your Big Bear getaway.

LIVING ROOM - The living room area has comfy seating for enjoying a fire in front of the log fireplace, or watch your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV. Choose from several board games for all the family. A pull out sofa provides an additional sleeping option in this room.

The dining table has plenty of room for your group and is the perfect spot to play a game of cards.

KITCHEN - The kitchen has upgraded appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge and freezer combo and microwave and dishwasher. Assorted spices, cooking oil and all the amenities to cook meals are available. A crockpot, toaster, and Keurig one cup and Standard coffee maker are provided for your convenience. There is also a blender & waffle iron for smoothies and hot breakfast.

FRONT & BACKYARD - Head out to the front yard on the new wrap around deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The backyard and front yard are both fully fenced in.

BEDROOM 1 - Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The first has a king bed, dresser, desk, and connects with a jack and Jill bathroom

BEDROOM 2 - The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a desk and a flat screen TV with dvd player. Both rooms have ample closet space with dressers inside.  

BATHROOM 1 - Upstairs there is a 3/4 bath connected to both bedrooms.

BATHROOM 2 - Downstairs there is a full bath/shower combo.

WASHER & DRYER - Full size washer and dryer available for guest use.

Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash MUST be taken to a local dumpsite.
Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
