Full STR Management Services:
If you have no time on your hands, we will take care of it all. From advertising the property, taking care of all guest’s questions and most of their needs, repairs that may be needed and scheduling cleaners. In other words, you barely have to worry about anything and just look forward to your check.
Second Homeowner Service Coordination
We understand one of the hardest parts of owning a second home is finding people that are reliable to perform services you may need.
Reserve Big Bear can help coordinate quality and reliable Contractors that are licensed/insured/bonded, Cleaners and even Handymen for you when you need them.
This can be even more crucial when you do not rent your home out at all and need something be taken care of.
Housekeeping
Our cleaners are second to none and here is why:
- We assign one cleaner to your home. We create a digital file so the crew can compare the original set up for continuity purposes. In this way they get to know your home well and can recognize any issues much easier.
- When the cleaners first arrive, they assess the home, looking for any issues like something broken or missing. If there is anything wrong, they will immediately take pictures and text them to us, so we can forward them to you, and you can get in touch with the guests or your booking engine like Airbnb to try and recoup for damages.
- Once that is done, all beds are stripped whether they looked slept in or not. All dirty linens and towels will be washed and put away.
- When the cleaners have completed your home, they take pictures of every room and email them to us. This way should your guest ever claim your home was not clean or they did not have TP, paper towels etc., we can send you pictures that were taken to prove otherwise. This procedure has come in handy a numerous times.
- Once the cleaner is finished, a separate person performs a spot check on every cleaning, to keep cleaners on their toes, not that they need it, but we are all human.
