We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves.

Our goal is to help not only short-term rental homeowners, but also those with second homes and who would just like their home to be watched over when needed.

We started as second homeowners and rented our home as a short-term rental at the beginning. After numerous bad experiences with rental companies, we decided to start Reserve Big Bear, as our home seemed to be getting lost among the hundreds of homes of other rental companies and our home care was slowly deteriorating from lack of oversight/caring.

We are keeping our business boutique. This way we can pay better attention to our managed homes, example, your home, and to truly get to know our clients.

We found it very difficult at the beginning to find ethical, licensed, insured and quality contactors, but through the last few years we have established a great network of contractors, so you do not have to worry of things like we did at the beginning.

While we’d be happy to use our experience to help you market and manage your property, the reality, the hardest part to managing is finding the right people on the mountain. We can help you with all those needs while you enjoy interacting with your guests and save a ton of money. You only need about ten minutes twice a day and do it yourself. 

Lastly, we live here in Big Bear, so we have a more personal stake than some corporations hundreds of miles away. We love what we do and look forward to giving you and your guests the best experience possible.
